Iwona Joshin Zralek was born in Poland. She hails from a very small family with just one brother to whom she is younger. In Poland, she holds a Master’s Degree in Biology. Poland being a communist country, in her younger days, Iwona started practicing Zen seeking freedom. “I believe one can find freedom within themselves.” The practice of Zen has been her passion for 40 years and still continues to do so. For 20 years Iwona has been a Buddhist monk and working with energy is well known to her - so even when the massage takes place, know in silence that Iwona is here for you and that her skills and spiritual guidance will renew not only your body but also your spirit.
In 1995 Iwona migrated to the United States of America. New to the country, she became a temple keeper in New Mexico. She enjoyed her two years spent at the temple. In fact, the basis of her career in becoming a Massage Therapist began at this temple. Her likeness for this profession persuaded her to acquire her Reflexology License. After her time in New Mexico, Iwona began to work in a sports club as a massage therapist, and a part time yoga instructor.
