Spa Policies

  • We recommend arriving 20 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow you to check in, enjoy a beverage or snack, and get settled to enjoy a lovely experience. If you are delayed in your arrival, please be advised that your service will end at it’s original time so that the next guest is not inconvenienced.

  • We have a gorgeous Serenity lounge for your relaxation. You are encouraged and invited to come enjoy it.

  • We have complimentary beverages and refreshments waiting for you.

  • It is always a good idea to use the washroom before your service so you can enjoy an uninterrupted treatment.

  • We ask that you turn off your cell phone at the spa so you and the other guests may enjoy a tranquil and relaxing time.

  • If you have any medical or other conditions, please advice your therapist before the treatment.

  • For massage treatments some folks prefer to completely disrobe and some prefer to keep their undergarments on. It is totally up to you. Special attention to draping is practiced during all treatments for your peace and privacy.

  • ZZ Day Spa does not assume any liability or responsibility for personal items left anywhere in the spa.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged for the treatment. All no shows are charged for the treatment.

  • Our gift card and voucher policies are available at the front desk.

  • There are a total of 7 blackout dates: the 3 days during Valentine’s weekend, 2 days during Mother’s Day weekend, 2 days during Father’s Day weekend.
