Membership Terms & Conditions

Service Rollover — All unused services continue to rollover each month and can be used however you have them accumulated while in agreement.  You will have the entire length of your membership to use services as long as the account is not frozen and in good standing.  All accumulated services will expire 60 days after your membership has been cancelled.

ZZ Day Spa memberships and membership services are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Memberships are auto-renewable.  At the end of the initial term of membership (8 months), your monthly dues will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis. An early termination fee of $189 applies if cancelled before the 8-month period.

Any Gift or Promo Cards received at membership signing must be returned or their full value paid in the event of an early termination.

A 4% credit card processing fee is applied to the membership fee.

An active membership is required to redeem any accrued services.

Paused or cancelled memberships are not eligible for use.

ZZ Day Spa reserves the right to change spa rules and regulations and pricing at any time.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
You may cancel your membership at any time after the initial term of 8 months by submitting a thirty (30) day advance email notice to zzspabookings@gmail.com.

MEMBERSHIP APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION

Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same day appointments cannot be canceled.

If you do not call to cancel and do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will lose the scheduled service.  If there is no service in account to take away, the account information provided will be charged the full membership price for the service.
